Dr. Saumil R. Shah and Dr. Guru P. Mohanty have opened Virginia Arrhythmia Consultants; the only medical practice in central Virginia devoted entirely to the management of heart rhythm disorders. The practice has three locations throughout the Richmond area and strives to give patients a convenient and more intimate experience than that of traditional cardiovascular practices. With focused, specialized attention comes greater patient care.
VAC provides comprehensive consultative and procedural services as well as advanced diagnostic and treatment options for all arrhythmias including atrial fibrillation, SVT and device based management for bradyarrhythmias and heart failure.
As local leaders in atrial fibrillation ablation and comprehensive cardiac electrophysiology, the two offer an experienced, personalized resource for patients. By utilizing the latest tools and technology available, and spending more time to understand patients unique health backgrounds, VAC is able to tailor specific treatment plans and ensures the highest quality care.
